Summary: This funding is intended to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to underserved areas or populations. Consolidated centers will get support. The applicant must show how they will improve the health within their underserved communities and ensure access to comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary healthcare services the local areas identified once the NOFA is release. All service areas listed in the table are currently served by Health Center Program grantees whose project periods are ending. HRSA intends to continue to support health services in this area.
