The Aurand Harris Grants Program supports small and mid-sized nonprofit theatres for premieres of promising new plays for children, the establishment of special production projects for children’s theatre, and performance expenses of U.S. children’s theatres to participate in national or international festivals.
Grants require a one-to-one cash match. Salaries may be counted but not in-kind services.
The foundation is also offering the Founders Fund Projects of National Significance. That program awards seed money for specific projects not general support. CTFA is interested in projects unique and new to the field that will positively advance the field of theatre for young audiences nationally.
