ACF to Releases NOFA for Child Assistance Grants Competition

Summary:  Funds will support time-limited transitional placement, benefits and services to assist eligible older youth to obtain the skills necessary for economic self-sufficiency and independent living,. A range of possible placement options are anticipated; placements provided to youth under the age of 18 must be licensed according to state/local licensing regulations. Major program activities will include work readiness training and job placement and retention in a supportive environment.
