Summary: Grants are focused on community-driven projects designed to ensure that all young native people can thrive and reach their full potential by fostering Native youth resilience, capacity building, and leadership. Native Youth I-LEAD will specifically focus on implementation of community programs that promote Native youth resiliency and foster protective factors such as connections with Native languages and Elders. Projects will also promote Native youth leadership development through the establishment of local models to instill confidence in Native youth.
