Summary: Foundation grants support educational entrepreneurship and charter schools. The foundation encourages entrepreneurship through this program. Examples include: pilot projects that test new ideas and involve students and faculty from multiple disciplines; experiential learning for students and faculty through extracurricular activities; and entrepreneurship curriculum development. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Most of the education grants go to organizations within the Kansas City metropolitan area. But the foundation’s entrepreneurship funds are offered nationally.
