    Hi There-
Wondering where the the presenters for the FY16 Appropriations webinar, Ray Sweeney and Frank Klimko, get their intel. For example, do they attend senate committee meetings and meet with law makers? Ordo they heavily monitor the Federal Registry and federal budget requests for their information?

    Thanks for your help. Karen

Hello, I am Ray Sweeney. Frank and I do all of the things you mentioned in creating the content for the appropriations webinar. We constantly monitor Congress/Capitol Hill, including committee activities, the Federal Register,, agency websites, as well as attend hearings and talk to program officials on a regular basis. Additionally, we follow advocates and thoroughly investigate appropriations reports. Are there specific HHS/ED/Labor programs of interest to you? Best Regards, Ray
